“James Moore works as platform staff at Stevenage station, he is always friendly and approachable to customers. Most the passengers know James because of his positive attitude and that he always goes out of his way to help them. Recently James helped a passenger who had been taken ill on one of the services. James acted calmly and quickly to aid the passenger who had a heart murmur. When the paramedics came James gave them a thorough handover, which he was later thanked for by the paramedics stating that without the correct information and tiny details the passenger could have died.“
