“A female customer was followed from the lift to the train at T4 by a male. The platform customer host noticed that something wasn't quite right and boarded the train to check. The host asked if the female/male in question were travelling together and received different replies. The female started crying and advised the host that she was feeling intimidated. The team worked together to ensure the female remained safe until police arrived. The male left with the police. This is a great example of noticing a situation and working as a team to ensure a positive outcome.“
