“Before Guillermo had started work on May 30th he noticed a female passenger showing signs of distress walking to and from the platform and had concern for her safety. He brought her to the safety of the terminal building and called the security patrollers. Due to the state the passenger was in, she was unable to communicate with him, but he managed to contact her friend who was able to explain about her history of mental health issues. He stayed with her long enough for patrollers to build a rapport with her and until we were able to organise for her friend to pick her up and take her to hospital. He took ownership where many others would have walked past and his actions may have saved a life.“
