“Eugene has made such a positive impact on the area he works in since taking over as the station manager in February 2019. Eugene has tirelessly spent hours (often in his own time) having conversations and supporting his team through numerous different challenges, always turning things into a positive. With another colleague he worked as one of two managers (when we had gaps in the team) running the group for a period of time managing far more stations than he has managed before and he managed to keep on top of everything whilst remaining calm and positive throughout.
Eugene has time for everyone around him, is incredibly caring and supportive, particularly in dealing with sensitive issues and things that happen across the busy metro area that he works in.
Eugene is a team player and works well with colleagues around him and I can't thank him enough for his support since he has worked in my team.
