“Danielle noticed a man collapse as he got off the train onto the platform. She went running to the man’s aid, Elaine then followed and between them assisted in the first aid of the gentleman who was suffering with anaphylactic shock.
Elaine then ran to Boots to get an Epi-Pen. With Danielle and Elaine's quick actions and the help of a passing Doctor they were able to help save the man’s life.
Very proud of these two ladies for their quick thinking. They both acted professionally under difficult and distressing circumstances however the end result was the customer survived.
