“Debs is a very customer focussed individual with a can do, will do attitude to ensure that our clients get what they want and when they want it - she plays an integral role in the continued success of the Bridgeway Learning & Development team.

Debs has a very enthusiastic and positive outlook in both life and work and has a certain personal magnetism that commands the respect of our clients and also of her colleagues at Bridgeway. She is always polite and cheerful and she always goes that extra mile to make sure that our clients are looked after. Never one to shout her successes from the rooftops, Debs is very professional and efficient member of staff.

She really is an inspiration to us all and has consistently shown a high degree of pride in her work and she demonstrates fantastic customer services qualities in all that she does. She is a dedicated person with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills who always embraces challenges full on. A trait which she is now training onto other members of the Learning & Development Administration team, as a mentor she is patient and caring for the persons that work with her.

Debs is very much a people person, a great ambassador for our Company and a real asset to the business. She really is a proper railway person, always willing to help at any time of the day - and after a distinguished railway career stretching over 30 years she would be a very worthy winner of The Customer Service Person of the Year 2014.“
