“Davinder bought to the attention of Security a gentleman on the platform of Heathrow Express that had some mental issues.
On talking to the person his mental health issues were quite severe and it was believed that this individual was a danger to himself. Davinder assisted the security patrollers by staying with them during the course of the hour and a half they spent with the individual. He directed passengers away from him, ensured that passenger wasn't agitated, liaised with the emergency services and kept, the security patrollers, updated. When police, medics and paramedics were called for this individual, he directed them to the correct location ensuring a quicker response and kept all parties updated to the current situation.“
