As Network Rail were Principle Contractor, all of the contractors working on the scheme reported to the Network Rail project team for engineering integration and de-confliction. Derby Remodelling was a large-multi-disciplinary project and Craig did an excellent job in understanding the bigger picture and empowering others. He used the strengths of his team and supported and trusted them to do the right thing. All this without compromising safety. He was approachable, logical and a great communicator. He is a leader within the engineering community with a wealth of multi-discipline design and delivery experience. This shows in every aspect of his work.“
“Hello, I'd just like to write a short note of thanks. I attended the RailStaff Awards on Thursday as part of a small team that was nominated, became a finalist and then we actually won our category!!! It was a fantastic experience to be selected & invited to this extremely well organised event. The entertainment was brilliant, the casino, waltzes & dodgems were such a fun idea and the music was so good, we danced our shoes off..!
