“Craig is a popular and outspoken advocate of diversity and inclusion, kicking off the #trainbow explosion on social media and organising the major sponsorship and inclusion of major Pride events throughout our route, including York Pride & Newcastle Pride.
He's been instrumental in the launch of our Inclusion pledge, with supporting pin badges and lanyards.
Craig also plays a major part in our sponsorship & partnership with our charity partner, CALM, with initiatives including customers having the option of donating delay/repay as well as himself and many colleagues regularly attending charity events to raise much needed funds for such a worthy cause.
Craig's openness & popularity play a big part in making all of these things a success and the positive impact is massive, not only with those directly impacted (e.g. the LBGTQ+ community ) but by a much wider audience, who appreciate the positive, upbeat vibe these activities give out.“
