Their proactive and forward thinking approach had revolutionized learning and development within the department and brought in a welcomed practical hands on approach to training and assessments. Each member of the group has their own style and expertise which brings a dynamic and interesting approach to assessing staff. A bespoke training file has been created for each staff member to highlight their individual needs. This approach effectively helps indicate what type of learner they are so that training and assessments are tailored accordingly. The team have also taken an active approach in operational investigations, understanding human factors and gaining qualifications in NEBOSH.....“
