“We had service observations in place to ensure our frontline colleagues deliver the best customer service to Heathrow Rail customers. Brett looked at these and improved them to align with Heathrow’s vision of making every journey better. Brett held workshops and involved different colleagues from across the business to ensure there was input from every job role, this helped with gaining enthusiasm to deliver exemplary customer service. The observations also included the brand new Heathrow service signatures, launched into the business earlier this year to ensure the best customer service is delivered consistently.“
