As part of the delivery team for Derby Remodelling scheme Ben was the lone E&P engineering supporting such a huge undertaking, freely giving his time and knowledge for the betterment of the scheme. Ben has acted as sponsor for 2 new items of technology, now fully approved and helping provide greater reliability of the infrastructure, and is also assisting the IP Project Management team by acting in a PM role under mentorship whilst still delivering beyond expectation in his substantive post.“
