“Trevor, Al, Josh, Sian and Simon have created and are delivering a team effectiveness development programme to our frontline and management teams in Network Rail Western Route titled TIM. However, it’s not an ordinary classroom training session. It’s a fun filled, deep and meaningful development session with lots of discussion, self-reflection and practical tasks leaving teams feeling elated and motivated at the end.
The whole team, led by Trevor, are passionate, determined and dedicated to developing and supporting our maintenance employees to be the best individuals and teams they can be. They spend countless hours providing further personal and professional coaching to individuals who want their time to help them improve.
So far they have received positive feedback from every attendee, with most stating they have changed their behaviours since the course, and some even saying that it’s saved their marriage, prevented mental health, and helped them bond with their team mates to become more engaged at work. Everyone who attends this session gets something from it that makes them want to be better.
The success of this course is not what is delivered, but HOW it is delivered, by a passionate, dedicated, hardworking, knowledgeable team.
