We are only a small station but the footfall here is massive and the team manage the day to day traffic tremendously protecting revenue and ensuring the customers have the best experience possible. When disruption hits, thy really shine and pull together as a team, launching into action on service recovery and ensuring that the station and its customers remain safe by following the correct processes and using equipment provided such as body cameras and Teleque.
