Sri Ram Palakurthi

Said the following about Srinivasa Rao Mulakala:

“I would like to nominate Srinivasa Rao Mulakala for Rail Engineer of the Year due to his high-quality work, dedication, collaborative approach and detailed technical knowledge of various Electrification and Power LV works. Srinivasa has a proven track record identifying and eliminating potential issues at early stages which is greatly helping projects and clients.

Srinivasa is the E&P CRE for trackside LV works on South Rail Systems Alliance GRIP 4/5 East team. He holds the AECOM record for (30+) of CAT 1 client acceptances of his designs in the first iteration. This has provided great benefit to the projects he is involved with and has provided greater confidence in delivery. Srinivasa takes a holistic view in resolving issues and won’t hesitate to challenge issues that would serve to block design development; all this whilst ensuring delivery and strong collaborative working relations with all stakeholders within and outside the Alliance.

Srinivasa also worked on various other high-profile projects like HS2 Euston Enabling works, LNW Signalling Power renewals and consistently achieved similar results as mentioned above. Overall, Srinivasa’s extensive technical knowledge combined with great issue resolution skills and collaboration are creating outstanding results.“
