“Shaun was called by the Conductor and made aware of a lady who was intoxicated and required assistance at Ipswich when the train arrived.
The lady and unconscious and when she came round she became very violent. The lady was abusive to Shaun and another colleague who were trying to assist her off the train. Shaun rang a family member from the customers phone to advise them of the incident and they were on their way to the station.
In the meantime the lady became further abusive to the Shaun and other customers. Shaun managed to get the lady off the train but the lady attempted to jump in front of the train coming into the station when Shaun pulled her back and as a result of this got scratches on his hand as a result.
Shaun remained professional throughout and saved this ladies life! He really is a legend at Ipswich!“
