Sarah who is a Retail CSA at Manchester Piccadilly, has just the right skills to adjust to whoever she is training. She is patient, professional, calm and a great coach to have on our team. She constantly gets thanks you’s and cards from everyone she trains. What is amazing is that when a new member of the team is ready to go on their own they look like they have been doing it for years. This is all down to this special member of our team. Oh and did I say that there has been around 17 new members in those past few years. Sarah deserves this recognition for being outstanding.“
