“Going Over and Above
During the last month we have had a multitude of toilet faults coming into Hornsey depot, Ryan has done an outstanding job to ensure that our passengers aren't affected by this increase in issues.
Ryan has worked over and above to ensure that our customers aren't impacted by these various faults. It goes without saying that this is why we would like him to be recognised- he didn't ignore the fact, he took an invested interest in ensuring that these faults we fixed and went over and above what was expected.
His pride in ensuring that when a train leaves Hornsey its fit for our fair paying customer- He really has the customer at the heart of what he is doing.
To add to this outstanding work Ryan has also produced a fault guide to aid other employees in the depot, done off his own back. By producing the fault book will assist all the other fitters and shows how he is going over and above his normal role.
Ryan also takes time to train other fitters, Ryan is an absolute asset to the depot and these are three examples of why he should be recognised.
Doing your job well is expected but going over and above your role to help customers and fellow team members, shows excellence and that what he is excellent.“
