“I would like to nominate Rory Peverell as he is a true good news story for Ford and Stanley.
Rory was brought in to be our technical lead for Rail Signalling, maintaining our strong market position and reputation within the industry. Having successfully delivered to that brief and in line with market demand, Rory’s new challenge has been to develop within digital rail where he has played a pivotal role in securing a master vendor contract, and is growing a team of technical experts to support the divisions delivery.
As one of the companies’ top billers, his reputation externally is excellent, second only to his internal credibility which has led him to being nominated by his peers as the person most deserving of recognition of this award.
Having championed diversity in Rail for his clients, Rory has placed 50 Graduates, Engineers, Managers and Directors into new permanent roles of which 25 are from transferable industries.
A true team player Rory always goes out of his way to help guide his colleagues and educate them with his vast industry knowledge.
