He works closely with Doctor Kevin Spence at Sheffield Hallam University to develop his skills with Track and Off Track Drainage designs and has completed a number of detailed and successful designs to date, evaluating risk throughout, minimising that risk and always applying safety by design principals. He is advocate of mental health awareness and has taken the time to share his knowledge on the subject and help the technical team gain a better understanding of this.
