“Paul is a Team Leader GPR here at Carlisle & Penrith.
He is one of the most genuine people you'll ever meet and has a super relationship with everyone. He regularly goes above and beyond to deliver a great customer experience. When there is disruption (and there's been a lot!!) at Carlisle, he is consistently striving to support everyone, including the coach pick up/drop offs if the line is blocked. You will see him in all weathers doing this and checking on the team to see if they are ok.
Just recently i heard some great feedback about him from a CSA - "Paul just gets it! He prepares us for our day, he keeps us informed and he is a presence throughout our shift. He is supportive and approachable."
With nearly 30 years experience, covering platforms and retail, Paul is an asset to Team Carlisle & Penrith.
