Said the following about Natalie Wilshaw - **HAS LEFT**:

“Natalie spotted on CCTV a young girl on the platform acting suspicious, she was pacing the platforms for a few minutes when no trains was passing. She then dropped her bag behind a post and started to walk towards the end of platform. Natalie raced out as she realised a train was passing by, she alerted the team leader to raise her hands to the oncoming train to slow down (which Alison Sweeney did), Natalie ran towards the young girl shouting to her to step back away from the platform edge as the train approached. She got to her before the train (now slowing) got close. For me she did a fantastic job with preventing a potential suicide. Natalie spent the next 60 minutes looking after the young girl who had a few personal difficulties, and did the chain of care until BTP and medical teams come onto the scene. Natalie did an amazing job, not only preventing a suicide but spending time with her afterwards in support of her needs.“
