He was then taken on by Network Rail and within months he has made his way up to the position of Deputy Shift Station Manager covering shifts here at London Euston. As part of his development he has now even started training other CSA's that have the potential to reach higher positions. On top of all that he is still carrying on with his apprenticeship.“
