“Mo Isa has been such a role model for myself as well as other apprentices within my cohort. As a colleague and peer it has been such a pleasure working with him. He was the first person in our intake to complete all of his NVQ reports. After doing so Mo carried on helping out his class mates as well as other apprentices to ensure they complete the Network Rail advanced apprenticeship on time.
I have done a long term placement at Mo's depot (Barking) to help me complete my apprenticeship by ensuring I gain the knowledge and experience of specific tasks for my NVQ's along with spending time with the relevant teams. He has mentored me along the way and helped me out on many occasions helping me develop on my skills, knowledge as well as completing my apprenticeship.
Mo is a wonderful, enthusiastic, hard-working and determined young individual who is always willing to give up his own time and help others. He has helped out at several Apprentice recruitment days for Network Rail and has also featured on the website. (Link below)
