“Michelle is a very conscientious member of the Euston LUL Team. She has received numerous commendations from our customers on her outstanding customer service. Of recent, she assisted a customer who was afraid of traveling on escalators. She not only offered assistance to the customer by walking with her down the escalator. She then offered to meet the customer at the Woodside Park station to assist her on her return journey to Euston. Unfortunately, the customer got lost on her way back and did not return.
Michelle waited for 45 mins despite having just completed an early shift as she had promised but did not see the customer.
However the Customer came back a week later to apologise for not returning and to thank the Michelle for her assistance and for giving her the courage to make the journey from the station, a feat she had been struggling with for a long time.
The customer visited the station with a gift of some Flowers, Chocolates and a Thank You card.“
