When disruption happens at Euston, he jumps in to support the team in our local control team, where he gives the whole station up to date, informative information that can then be fed back to our passengers. He has written many guides to help station staff, with Trust guides and alternative routes guides, for use during disruption and during engineering works, all in his own time and purely to help his colleagues. He always has a smile for Customers and staff and He goes above and beyond for them.“
