At the start, Maggie was the only Transition Business Partner responsible for finding new roles in Network Rail for 760 colleagues as their iconic programmes began demobilising. She has laid the foundation for the process that is so successful today.
A seasoned recruiter, Maggie has used her experience to make sure the transitionee remains the focus of all interactions. She has developed CV and interview workshops to help transitionees that have been in the business for over 15 years and may not have been exposed to current competency based questions. Maggie works tirelessly to match transitionees from her programme – Thameslink – to roles within Network Rail, making sure transitionees are supported throughout the process. She is committed and very serious about her role, and it’s her quite control that makes her transitionees feel they are in good hands.“
