“Liz is part of our resource team based at Preston train station. Staff contact Liz and her team to arrange annual leave, exchange shifts, request help for emergency leave etc. We basically must annoy her to bits with never ending E mails, phone calls and visits to her office. She is constantly smiley, pleasant, helpful and unflustered. Even when fools like me ask for the same leave more than once she just shrugs and carries on. If your plans change and you need to re-schedule she will always find a solution and a way to accommodate you.
Liz isn't a superhero in a fancy lycra costume who flies across the skies she is just a lady who can make life a wee bit easier for you and can turn a problem into a solution.“
“We had a wonderful time on holiday , absolutely loved the whole trip particularly the Grand Canyon and San Francisco. Myself and my wife would like to thank everyone at Railstaff for the opportunity to take the Americas Golden West trip and special thank you for doing all the organising for ourselves and all the other award winners.
