“Lindsay is a train manager for Chiltern Railways. She goes above and beyond to keep her customers happy. She speaks several languages and she is well known on many routes on Chiltern for her poems. Customers instantly know it is Lindsay on board and she frequently gets mentioned on twitter and Facebook by customers. I think Lindsay should be nominated for her creativity, entertaining customers and making their journeys interesting!“

“Lindsay has got a bright and bubbly personality, this is displayed in her interactions with the customers and the impression she leaves on everyone she meets. Lindsay has always gone above and beyond to deliver excellent customer service to Chiltern's customers having taken this role and added her own stamp on it. Lindsay is know within Chiltern as our poet laureate and will delight our customers with a carefully crafted poem at the end of each journey. As you can imagine, this has gone down well with our customers who look forward to being on one of her trains which is evidenced by the volume of social media feedback we receive about her.“
