“Jason is the District Stores Manager based at Neville Hill Depot, Leeds. Over the last few years, Jason has had numerous things going on domestically with both his mother and wife suffering with poor health. Despite this, Jason continues to come into work and leads by example when on Depot. His job is a thankless one, working in Stores, you are only remembered where materials are not available and not for the numerous times that you make sure the engineers have the tools and materials to undertake their jobs.
Jason's knowledge of materials, systems and suppliers is incredible. He puts in long hours and undertakes work outside of his normal working hours at both nights and weekends to support his team and the business to reduce the number of units that we have stopped for materials and in turn supporting availability.
The rapport that Jason has with his team is also fantastic and he always has a smile on his face when about Depot which is infectious.
