“Since Harry joined DRS he would be the person that you would use as an example to other Apprentices and say “that’s how you do an apprenticeshipâ€.
His single-minded dedication to learn his trade, gain his competencies and his qualifications are an absolute credit to him. Harry recently gained his HND – nothing too unusual in that but Harry gained it whilst spending the last year of his apprenticeship (along with the other Apprentices of his year) working shifts and weekends due to workload on the depot. In typical Harry fashion, there were no complaints he just got on with it. After just one year, he has developed into an Engineer working to high standards. Harry has been successful in getting a position on the DRS graduate programme which is great for the future of DRS. I know Harry will approach his Graduateship with the same positive attitude.“
