Emma has delivered the Scotland Route vegetation clearance over the last four/ five years with terrific results.
This resulting in the Scotland senior managers requesting to deliver more volume and she is certainly up for the challenge for both fencing, vegetation and earthworks.
As stated Emma also delivers the Scotland route fencing. Earth works which has a budget of around £7,000,000 for Y17-18 and now £11,000,000 for Y18-19 and due to increase again in CP6
Working alongside Emma is a pleasure as she is always willing to learn new things from all aspects of the business. Emma is also part of the talent pool for Scotland cohort 3.
Emma does not stop until all the work is carried through from cradle to grave working over weekend to complete deadlines.
Emma thoroughly deserves this award for all her hard work, additional hours and commitment shown to business.
Emma is very well respected by all her colleagues and senior managers, other departments also the external contractors she works with.
