“Whilst David was doing his day to day task Track Maintenance/Patrolling he came across a suicidal person at trackside. He approached the person, calmed him down a bit by talking to him then managed to guide him to safety from trackside which was not easy for David to overcome. On completion the person was safely taken back home where he was met by the police. Great effort and Rescue made from David.“
