“Daniel was involved in a very serious incident at a station in June 2018, where a young lady was attempting to commit suicide off the over bridge in front of an oncoming train. Daniel managed to hold onto her so she couldn't jump, with the assistance of Luke Andrews, station staff at Truro. They managed to calm her down and stayed with her for 45 minutes until she decided to come down. The young lady was so pleased with the two colleagues that she insisted on them being with her until an ambulance turned up.“
