01/07/2018 @ 0330: I ended up collapsing by Green Park station on Jubilee line, a woman came and went to seek help from Dan. The other member of staff who was just starting saw me on the floor and stayed with me until Dan arrived. He also provided me with his bottle of water which helped me to become more conscious than I was. Dan stayed with me until I was able to get back up and set off for the central line. Incredibly grateful for their assistance as I don't know what I would have done.

28/06/2018 @ 1800hrs: I live in Whitstable and yesterday my wife and I went to the RA Summer Exhibition. We go every year and this year the standard of works was amazing. We left the RA at 6pm and went to Green Park to get a tube back to Victoria. When we arrived on the platform it was packed so too was every incoming train. I have mobility and health issues and found the walking to the station and subsequent waiting very tiring, especially in the crowded surroundings.

However the guy on the platform with the tannoy was fantastic! He was polite, informative and above all very humorous. Everyone on the platform was smiling and chuckling. He really lifted everyone's spirits. I don't have a clue who he was or what he looks like but what an awesome ambassador he is for your city. Please find him and thank him. He's doing an amazing job!

07/02/2018 16:22: Can I say a huge thanks to the guy on the platform at Green Park today. I often hear him as I make my regular journey northbound but never get on at Green Park so I don't know his name! His announcements are great, he makes everyone smile and relax and he has a lovely reassuring manner. When you are feeling and tired this gentleman is just the tonic you need.

Dan is a true Brand ambassador and a role model for what outstanding customer service looks like.“

“His behaviours were that of a confident individual whose communication skill set was excellent in dealing with any type of situation.

He quickly developed a relationship with these passengers who were upset confused and distressed as their knowledge of London was limited. His demeanour and interaction enabled the passengers to regain their confidence in navigating their way around the underground system.

Dan's enthusiasm and dedication cannot be found wanting in his application of his skills.

He possesses traits that I think we all would like to possess especially when dealing with issues, he only ever sees a solution rather than a problem.

He looks after everyone as if they are family, when you go to his station, I suppose we wish we could all do the same for our customers.“
