Said the following about Charlotte Robinson:

“All views are my own, and are not representative of my company.

Charlotte has done an excellent job of bringing together the LGBT community within London Midland. And running the London Midland entry to Birmingham Pride, with Network Rails support. She has been active within the LGBT community with her work at InterEngineering. It shows a wisdom beyond her years. She has spoken at events such as the factory tour at Rolls Royce. And not shied away from getting stuck in. From walking round with flyers for promotion. To supporting the Student pride earlier this year. To transition in the workplace is both brave and inspirational. I can't think of anyone who would be more deserving. Well done Charlotte.“

Said the following about Charlotte Robinson:

“Charlotte is a keen and committed engineering graduate. In addition to working for London Midland, earlier this year she and a colleague founded Aspect, the company LGBT+ staff network. After only 6 months support for Aspect has grown considerably and members proudly represented London Midland in the Birmingham Pride parade for the first time this year.

Charlotte is also the Midlands regional co-chair for InterEngineering, the cross industry network 'connecting, informing and empowering LGBT+ engineers and their supporters'.“
