He's never ever too busy to answer any question you pass his way to anyone that enters the office. He's a non-judgemental manager for all grades willing to take time to explain things fully in way we all understand. On a personal basis Carl has helped me through two dark periods in my life my mother's cancer and dementia and Alzheimer’s and also my brother’s cancer. I suffered with serious depression Carl visited me at home and helped me through all the painful times, he was always willing to talk on the phone or meet me where I chose. For me he's an inspiration and a great support I don't think I would of got back to work if not for Carl so Carl be well sir you deserve to be recognised God bless you.“
“Last year I witnessed a horrific event at Manchester Piccadilly and I could not have had more support from Carl. Whenever I had an issue or just wanted a chat, Carl was only a phone call away. Only a few weeks after the incident, Carl took the time to walk me through the station, providing additional support and making sure I was comfortable whilst I made my way back into work.
