“Cameron joined our team (REAL Alliance, Power Supply Upgrade) in September 2017 towards the end of his apprenticeship.
This was his first experience of Telecoms and he has made dramatic improvements in his knowledge and technical abilities.
Cameron has led the Telecoms AMP process and championed the handback to maintenance of assets. Through his efforts Telecoms have been a shining light for other disciplines within the Alliance.

Suffice to say he has been on an exponential learning curve ever since and he has coped remarkably and developed incredibly well under the appropriate mentorship.
