Beth goes above and beyond in providing exceptional support to her witnesses, sending out guidelines on the procedures and formalities of a witness, as well as visiting the employment tribunal a week before the hearing to eradicate any anxieties staff may have. She also attends the hearing herself but in the event she cannot, she arranges suitable cover on the day to provide additional support to the witnesses. Beth constantly strives to improve matters and therefore any lessons learned are taken on board to improve the level of service and smoothness of the next hearing.“
