7. If you have an emergency and have to call him when he is not on shift, he will still pick the phone.
8. Andy has challenging issues at home but he concentrates on his job.
9. All of us in Resources/ Rostering Department recognise he is a very helpful staff.
10. He is patient with difficult Customers.
11. He is very knowledgeable about his station and the train service.
12. His Customer service Skills E.G answering Customer queries have no equal. For me he is a STAR.“
