“The team have been supporting our fleet of 30 Heritage trams throughout a full season whilst also managing to restore an original 120 year old tram (with original electrical equipment) and put it back into passenger service in close partnership with a dedicated team of heritage volunteers, in time for our 125 year anniversary.
As well as their normal day-to-day dedicated support of the tram operations, the team also put on a range of 125 anniversary commemorative events lasting for a whole week of continuous operation with zero defects.
The finale of this celebration was a Cavalcade of every operational tram which all performed faultlessly. A stunning achievement for such an aged fleet and by such a small and dedicated team.“
