“I haven't been Simon manager for very long but since I have been he has taken his role of being the first aider at Ashford station very serious and deals with everything within his daily life. Simon seems to be on duty when something serious happens like having to use the defib at the station to help save someone life, dealing with a young child with stomach pains and being sick and then having to go to the hospital, a person collapsing in the booking hall and an ambulance having to be called. Whatever is thrown at Simon he just reacts and takes a lead in each situation. Simon also supports his colleagues after each incident and looks after their wellbeing as well.“
