Said the following about Paul Allison:

“Why Paul deserves to be nominated:

Paul delivers every training course with an immense amount of enthusiasm; he never gives up on a candidate and gives 100% effort to everything we ask him to do. He has undertaken training himself to enable him to deliver training for 5 separate schemes.

Since Paul started working for QOTA in March 2017 he has achieved these qualifications to enable him to be the best trainer possible:

Approved rail trainer/assessor

Approved First aid instructor

Approved CPCS plant tester

Approved LANTRA instructor

Approved driver CPC instructor

Not only does Paul deliver these courses continuously, but he also continues his role with Quattro plant as an operator/POS manager/lift planner.

Paul goes beyond the call of duty as on many occasions Paul has stayed late at night and started early to give extra training and to get candidates through the course who were really struggling and would not have achieved without him.

Paul has been able to overcome many challenges that he has faced in this role from working in an operational role and not being familiar with training, Paul has dedicated himself to self-study and has achieved more in the last 18 months than most other trainers achieve in their career, not only can he deliver all the above training, but he also does it with enthusiasm every single time and is a very popular trainer. Paul spent hours of his own time studying to ensure he achieves every course I send him on,

A lot has been accomplished from Paul's efforts. He has helped to diversify our delivery from rail/plant training to include highways training, first aid training, CPC training. He has helped to keep our achievement rates at 100% by ensuring that each of his candidates receives the best training we can give.“
