Mark trains in a variety of areas. I have been trained by Mark in; Conflict Management, Physical Intervention, First Aid & Paediatric First Aid, Health & Safety, Manual Handling, Customer Services, Counter Terrorism to name but a few.
He treats you like an individual, he takes into account your personal learning level and tailor’s his training around his learners. He makes time for us and you feel important within the group.
He makes you "want" to get involved in scenarios but does not embarrass anyone in the classroom. He comes out to the field and observes you and how your training is being put into place in our operational role. He listen to what we say and makes any changes and re-develops his training.
Every training session is exciting, filled with enthusiasm, fun and it's like he is delivering it for the first time.
He is constantly looking at ways of personal Development and not only work related but also personally related.

“Mark has been a Land Sheriff for 6 years, working his way through the company from a Security Operative to become our in-house Trainer, bringing his years of experience and knowledge at Land Sheriffs to the role.
His enthusiasm is second to none, delivering each course with the same drive and passion; engaging with each person and ensuring they all take an active part in the training and making each session personable and, most importantly, fun!
Mark has created new and innovative training packages, working with our clients and other third parties to ensure our colleagues have the best training available.
Always willing to assist and help our colleagues with their training and ongoing development, Mark developed our e-Learning suite and training website, which allows staff 24/7 access to their e-Learning accounts should they not have a facility at home. He also visits our colleagues on shift, across the South East, to deliver toolbox talks and refreshers and to see his training in action.
A particular area of accomplishment has been the delivery of First Aid training to over 200 children and is continuing to provide this essential and potentially Life Saving Skill to Key Stage 2 children, at no cost to the schools in Harlow.“

“I and several members of staff have attended various training courses with Mark at LS Training Centre. Marks enthusiastic attitude to teaching creates a fun learning environment. He has the ability to make the training enjoyable whist maintaining professionalism which is very different to many of the 'boring' courses I have attended before.
Marks knowledge of his subject is extensive and he can adapt his teaching style to suit the needs of particular individuals. I feel Mark should be recognised for his excellent contribution to the railway training service.“

Mark made the training sessions very interesting, explaining everything clearly. If any of the class queried anything he would go over it again until we grasped it. Nothing was a problem.
