“I never cease to be amazed by Lorna’s commitment to her role as C.S.A. At Coventry station. Her diligence to her dispatch duties cannot be faulted. She takes her duties seriously and is probably the most incredible dispatcher I have had the privilege to work with. I have seen her compassion come to the fore when dealing with customers requiring ‘just that little bit more’. Lorna knows exactly what the situation needs and never fails to deliver, often bringing both humour and/or her own style of ‘personal touch’ to customers. Sometimes I feel tired just watching her energy. Not only does Lorna do her duties to and beyond an exceptionally high standard, she far exceeds the norm.
