“Every interaction I have with the Hayes MOMs they go above and beyond to help their colleagues, help the travelling public, keep the infrastructure safe and help make our work safer out on track.
Each member of the team provides as much information as they can in their reporting of incidents, they bring up potential future issues to stop them from becoming a problem, they are so proactive in everything they do it really shows when they face terrible fatalities and incidents how they pull together and get those emergency situations under control. They never know what they could get called out to, yet they remain friendly, helpful and positive.
The team is so strong, every member is knowledgeable, approachable and happy to help. In my first two years in the business, they have always been there to help and I can't thank them enough. They really do deserve to be recognised for their great work.
The Mobile Ops Mangers across the route work tirelessly hand in hand with other teams like the DU’s the team at Hayes particularly well with the Reading DU team. Addressing thing like fly tipping and graffiti with the DU, BTP and the comms between them makes for a very strong team.“
