| Tate Rail to sponsor Outstanding Customer Service of the Year at RailStaff Awards
09-06-2010
Tate Rail has agreed to sponsor the Outstanding Customer Service of the Year category at the RailStaff Awards 2010.
Tate Rail works primarily with large organisations to provide second tier lineside infrastructure services on both Network Rail and London Underground.
Says Tom O’Connor, managing director of the Rail Media Group, which runs the RailStaff Awards, ‘We are delighted to welcome Tate Rail to the RailStaff Awards 2010. Customer service is at the heart of what the rail industry delivers day by day. This is an industry with far higher levels of user-supplier contact than almost any other. I know Tate Rail practices confident and exemplary customer service at every level of its operations. It is highly appropriate that Tate Rail is backing this award.’
Says Tate Rail managing director, Simon Carlton-Crisp, ‘We value good customer service. It’s central to what we do and how we look after our customers. We provide a full spectrum of lineside infrastructure services, in particular the provision of Telecommunication Networks. We are delighted to be involved with the RailStaff Awards and look forward to celebrating all that is best about railways with those who deliver the railway to the customer.’
The RailStaff Awards, now in its fourth year, will be held on 23rd October 2010 at the International Convention Centre, Birmingham.
