But in the last year team Marylebone has accepted the different challenges have made railways seem like the that every person wants to do. Marylebone staff have all in one talent where every individual can sell tickets, carry out an assist, make announcements, post trains and control the barriers. When a disruption hits that's when the team performs to an outstanding level. The staff don't care about them going home but in fact how will they get customers home. As a member of the team I wouldn't change my work of place for anything.“
