“Charlotte and her team responded to the tragic events at Croydon Tramlink earlier this year.
Put in at the deep end she responded on behalf of First Group totally unexpectedly and provided an amazing response utilising not only her own Care Team but from other TOC Care Teams in order to provide support to survivors and their families.
The actions of Charlotte and her team have raised the awareness of Care Team capabilities to not only British Transport Police but to the many other agencies who were also involved in the response to this tragic event.“
