“The rail team at MPI has over 150 years combined service at MPI, they strive as a team, to ensure that the service MPI provides as a recruitment agency and project delivery team is 100% safe, competent, on time and in budget. There is no compromise on process and procedure whilst managing the competence of over 800 people - all requiring Sentinel Sponsorship, at least 650 of which are placed at any one time. Their roles include detailed background checks, competence checks, commissioning planning including travel and accommodation arrangements, fatigue risk planning, support and guidance all delivered safely in an open and honest manner and ahead of required timescales. They take time to build relationships and fully understand the resource requirements our clients have and then spend time with the candidates to ensure the right match first time is always made. With collectively over 150 years services for MPI their enthusiasm and total dedication to safe delivery for each individual and client alike never wanes and winning this award would give a tangible recognition of their achievements.
